To have access to these online services you will need to complete the Contractor's Agreement & Terms of Service form. Within days, you will obtain a username and password so that you can begin printing permits!

Please note: Permit applicants shall itemize the proposed scope of work and select the appropriate category and fee amount. Separate electrical permits are required for each structure, condominium unit, existing apartment unit, high-rise office floor, suite, or tenant space. Standard hourly permit issuance and inspection rates shall apply for installations not covered by this fee schedule. Fees shall be paid in full prior to: occupancy approval, job card signature, permission to energize, or final sign-off, as applicable. An Outlet is defined as a point on the wiring system at which current is taken to supply utilization equipment. For the purpose of this fee schedule, utilization equipment shall include: controllers, fixed appliances, luminaries (lighting fixtures) motors, panel boards, receptacles, switches, and service equipment.
